The next morning Eric woke up early, and began his workout in the courtyard behind the main house and knew that the personnel grounds we're back there somewhere from his memories of the house. He knew they generally began training at 0600, and he wanted to be finished before they came out. He was halfway through his own workout that made him push his limits as he stretched and moved through his forms.
"I haven't seen someone move so fluidly since I watched your father." Lucas said as Eric continued moving through the forms of his various forms of training.
"I don't remember much of his training, it wasn't something he let me see." Eric said as he moved into a neutral pose. "You are up earlier than I remember however." he said as he turned to see Hunter standing behind Lucas.
