Eric walked into Congressional Hall the morning of the Vote, and was watching from the Presidential Chamber with President Tycho. He was not surprised to see the Aunt's and Uncles of the Upper Table in attendance, Kevin wearing his best suit as he beamed with pride as all the Senators and Representatives took their places in the large chamber below the rotunda.
"He thinks he really has a shot?" Eric asked as he looked at him.
"He has enough support to call for a Vote, however he does not have enough to overcome the rules. Even if he did, the first Vote would be consideration only, the second Vote would be for you or for him." Tycho replied as they watched the Speaker of Congress stand and slam his gavel.
