Price and Trust (2)

The girl gasped, completely unprepared for the tickling sensation that Victor's tongue delivered. She dropped the book on her chest. Rose's instinctive response became a motivation for Victor to continue the physical temptations. The man bit Rose's ear slowly, leaving the girl powerless to let out a moan. Rose shut her mouth as soon as she realized the escaping moan. She clenched her fists, trying to counteract the uninvited sensation. "D– Duke. Stop– Ah..." Regardless of the protest from her, Victor instead landed kisses on Rose's neck. The man kissed the previously injured part of her neck. His lips brought a warm sensation to her skin. He put one hand around Rose's neck, keeping the girl in place. Then Victor began to suck and bite Rose's skin slowly. "Duke!" Rose tried to push the man with both hands. But instead of pulling away, Victor instead closed his body to her. The man also positioned one of his legs between Rose's legs, the man's knee was squeezed by Rose's thighs. "Call me Victor," he said before pulverizing Rose's neck with kisses again. One of the man's hands went down the side of Rose's body, from the shoulders, waist, to the girl's thigh. Not wanting to get carried away, Rose averted her eyes. She gathered her resolve. Then the girl suddenly covered both sides of Victor's face and lifted his face. Then she did something unexpected, she landed a rough kiss on Victor's lips. It didn't take long for Victor to start reciprocating that kiss. Lips to lips, teeth to teeth. Rose's head felt like exploding. Victor's kiss was like a spark that ignited the embers inside her. When Victor started putting his tongue in Rose's mouth, the girl accepted it. She even linked her own tongue with Victor's tongue. The man moaned and as soon as Rose saw Victor closed his eyes, the girl's eyes darkened. Quickly, Rose attacked Victor's crotch with her knee. "Arghhh!!" Victor bent over because of the pain, giving a gap for Rose to escape. The girl ran to the library door. But the deft Victor was able to close the gap between them. Within seconds, the man had hugged her from behind and lifted the girl's little body up to her feet in the air. Unwilling to lose just like that, Rose used the momentum from her raised body to concentrate her entire weight on Victor's shoulders. Victor, who was not ready to accept Rose's weight completely, was forced to stagger backward with a grunt. Before long, the two had fallen on the floor with Rose's body on top of Victor's. Before the man could react, Rose toppled his body and again crawled towards the library door. But Victor was able to grab Rose's ankle and pull the girl so that her body lied under the man. To make sure Rose didn't try anything else, the man held both of her hands with one hand on the floor above Rose's head. His legs gave pressure on Rose's legs until the girl couldn't move. Rose's breath was raging as soon as her eyes came back to Victor. For a moment they just stared at each other. Until finally a burst of laughter came out of their mouths. They found themselves ridiculous, chasing each other and struggling in the library. Their laughter stopped, but when their eyes met again, their laughter exploded for the second time. Victor finally stopped laughing first. His green eyes flashed when he realized their position. He saw Rose under his body, so small compared to his own. The girl was wearing a long-sleeved beige dress. Up close, Victor could see her full silhouette. He swallowed his saliva roughly. Rose felt differently. When the girl saw Victor's gaze, she was a little worried. Before Victor tried anything, she decided to speak up. "Duke. I'm your wife. But I am not a tool to satisfy your desires." Her red eyes stared straight at Victor. The girl was very serious. The last thing she wanted was to be treated as a tool. It didn't matter if Victor needed her as a strategist and the Duchess of Maraina. But as a tool to satisfy his lustful desires alone? Rose refused. The girl thought after the first night, she would not care about intimate action anymore. She was wrong. She still had doubts, performing an intimate act was like giving something personal to her to others. Sharing her body with others... required high trust in her partner. And Rose didn't know if she could trust Victor completely. She never trusted anyone but herself and her mother. "Is that what you think of me?" asked Victor. His green eyes were getting darker. "Rose, if I need someone to satisfy my desires alone, I can hire a prostitute for it." "You've long stopped calling prostitutes because each girl is always afraid of you," Rose said flatly. "At least that's the rumor." "And is it wrong for me when I finally meet a girl who isn't afraid of me, that I want her?" Rose was stunned. "You... want me?" Victor gave a light kiss on Rose's chin. "What kind of question is that?" he asked. "You're the strategist I need. And it just so happens that you're able to match me. Even on the bed." "How much do you want me?" The man raised his eyebrows. "Don't tell me you're going to put a price on yourself?" Rose didn't avoid the man's gaze. "I honestly don't want to have s*ex with you anymore." "Why?" "Why, you asked?" asked Rose. Her eyes went wide because Victor seemed to be completely clueless about the reason she didn't want to have s*x with him anymore. "Duke, you made me have bed rest for days. I do have healing abilities but that doesn't mean I'm immune to pain." This time it was Victor who widened his eyes. The man was shocked to hear Rose's answer. Guilt quickly possessed him. "S– sorry... But that's because it was your first night. It hurts for women–" "So?" asked Rose, "You promised me I'd enjoy it." "You were enjoying it. You admitted that when our bodies were intertwined with each other." "But I didn't enjoy the pain afterward." Victor's lips opened and closed, trying to find a suitable reply. But no matter what the man thought, he couldn't argue. "I'm sorry," he said, "Bu– but believe me, after doing it for the first time, the following act... You won't feel pain." Rose looked away from Victor, a sign she didn't believe what the man said. Eventually, the man gave a long sigh. "All right." "What's your price?" asked Victor, "I'll make you believe that intercourse doesn't always hurt." His green eyes were full of determination.
