As an immortal being, Drogo had long seen civilization grow and develop and then disintegrate into a mess. Civilization changes all the time, nothing is certain and nothing remains. What is considered taboo becomes an accepted thing, and vice versa, what is considered normal can become a taboo. Humans change because of time. Because time binds their lives and that requires them to adapt. Their lives have deadlines and within that deadline, they are vying to leave a trail of their lives in the world. That's why change is inevitable. But the change that made Drogo furious the most was when humans point their spears and swords at the dragons.
