Chapter 5

"What is wrong with Queen Anastasia?" I asked the doctor

"Your mother is all right, no need to worry. She could of died because the bullet was close to her heart causing her to bleed. Besides a bullet can poison your body quickly, count yourself lucky. Also, Queen Anastasia's surgery took nearly forty eight hours. She will have to stay in the hospital for some days until she gets better. I will allow you all to see her until you are all ready to leave" Said the doctor

As I pushed the door to go into the room, Queen Anastasia, was in a horrible state. I couldn't even recognize her. There were lots of machines plugged in and connected in the room. We all began to cry because of the devastating condition of Queen Anastia.

"Can't you see what you both have done to your mother! What do you have to say now?" Shouted King Capello

"Mom, my brother, Jerome, and I are truly sorry for putting you through this. If I didn't of started the argument, it wouldn't of got to this. We are both truly sorry." I say

We all then journey home after I kiss Queen Anastasia goodbye. Arriving in the Kingdom, the entire Kingdom was silent. You couldn't couldn't even hear a pin drop because no one was walking around, everyone was in their bed except the guards. Even father and my brother, Jerome, were fast asleep after a long day. Left alone in a big kingdom, in the middle of the night, not sleeping, I was the only one up so I went to my room. Lying on my bed relaxing, I then realized a slight change on the picture on the wall.

"Did someone change the picture on the wall?" I asked

I quickly get off my bed, walking straight to the picture. As I examined the picture on the wall. "Something isn't right" I say. Yesterday the picture was a painting now it is picture of a car crash.

I then took off the picture off the wall. Behind the picture holds a security alarm saying, 'enter your code'. I wounder to myself, "enter a code?" I was so confused because I don't know anything about any code. I then sit on my bed thinking about it.

"Ah-ha! I now remember that when Joseph died he gave me a letter, with a code written below it. Maybe there could be some connection with the letter and the security alarm." I say

I then began to search for the letter, retrieving the letter I walk straight to the security alarm as I entered the code written below the letter.

Beep! Beep! I heard a noise as a tunnel opened up. I was so scared, my heart was beating fast as a drum. "All this, while I was sleeping in a room with a tunnel" I say

I then walked in as lights began coming on. I had never seen anything like this before, a room that is full of magic, and Joseph knew about all this. In the middle of the room holds a big book with a ring. Opening the book, reading the book. The book contains all powers and magic including the spells an construction. Putting on the ring not knowing how to use it, all I can see is the ring shooting magic out from it turning things bigger and smaller. I could even turn invisible and change myself into someone else. I was so excited when I realized that the ring can do all of this. The ring had such great qualities.

While in the room, I heard a strange voice saying to me, "you are not to do any evil with this ring, you are to use it for your safety and to heal persons. The ring also protects you from evil. If you used this ring to do evil you will die." I was so afraid when I heard the strange voice talking to me, wondering, 'why would a strange voice be talking to me?'

"Your majesty, your majesty." I heard my name being called from outside my room. I quickly close the book, push the ring in my pocket, and I entered the code to close the tunnel door.

"Yes, come in." I said

Coming through my room door, it was one of the maids. My breakfast was ready, and the maid brought it to me. Realizing that I hadn't slept, I was in the magic room until morning.

"Also, the King has told me to inform you, that you will be visiting Queen Anastia today." The maid says.

I then quickly eat my breakfast, showered, and got dressed, putting on the ring on my finger. Arriving at the hospital I signed the papers in order to see my mother. I realized that Feeonia signature was also on the paper. I quickly rushed to the room where Queen Anastia was in.

"Goodmorning, Prince Austin." Feeonia said

"Feeonia... what are you doing here, you witch." I asked

Feeonia did not say a word to me, then I ordered the guards to throw her out because I didn't want her close to my mother. All I can see is a slight change in Feeonia eyes. As the guard were near to touch her, I see Feeonia raising her hand as she said something and the guards feet were stuck to the ground. And she said to me "the battle has just begun" then she disappears.
