Killian appeared on the dinning table, wearing one of his scary expressions. His wolf didn't like the way Orion had compared Serena with Valeria. Valeria was Orion's wife whereas Serena belonged to him.
Orion who was well aware of his cousin's cold attitude let out an amusing chuckle, teased her openly to see him glaring,
" Chill, Cousin! I am not going to eat her. It was a pure compliment."
Serena glanced between the men blankly. When she saw the red marks on his body, a deep frown appeared between her temples. Apparently, he arrived a while back in the mansion. When one of the maids informed him that Serena was having dinner alone with Orion, he just rushed here without cleaning himself off. Serena blurted, not having the time to suppress her curiosity,
" Where did you go?"
