Was this really Kendrick?
Every trick I knew didn't work on him. He was unaffected by it all.
I watched him storm off as soon as he said those hurtful words. In a way, it was surprising to see how mature Kendrick had become.
It seemed like he was someone else in his place. I mean how could someone act so differently from himself?
Have I really lost my control over him? Or I just needed to up my game and go harder this time?
