"I was beginning to wonder if you had stood me up." Elliot said as I walked up to the bar and stood next to him. "Something tells me that you would have stopped me before I got a foot out the door." his lip curved up when he said, "Mhmm you might be right. what are you drinking?" I smiled I wasn't much of a drinker and I didn't want to mix my liquors, "a strawberry margarita." He smiled again and told Josh the bartender what I wanted. Before he turned back to me a spirit popped up right in front of me making me gasp with the sudden surprise, I hated when they did that. Immediately Elliot looked at me with concern on his face, Holding my finger up and pointing to the phone I had quickly taken out of my purse. "I'll just be one minute." I put the earbud in and began talking like someone was on the other line. He frowned at me and looked at my phone like he didn't believe me but shook his head anyway. The spirit took the chance and started talking my head off all the way to the bathroom. "Ok, OK, we are alone that could have went a little smoother, next time don't be so quick like that it catches me off guard." She put her head down, "I'm so sorry I just passed away a few weeks ago and just wanted to have you see if you can call my mother and let her know that there is a box under my bed that will explain everything." She rambled on, I calmed down and took her hand the zap and surprise in her face was there as always so I told her,"Dont be sorry this is what I do of course I will help you whats your mothers phone number?" she perked up gave me the information I need. I made the call leaving a voicemail as well as texting her my info if she would like to talk. "She won't believe you at first, but tell her that Bumblebee loves her flowers, and she will believe you." the glow started slowly around her, and with a final smile she waved bye and was gone. Letting out a sigh I walked back to my stud I was trying to mix with. I didn't make it far before I slammed into a large wall of a chest and almost fell if it hadn't been for the hands that grabbed me to him. Looking up I saw that it was Elliot. Panic started at the back of my mind, did he hear any of that? no, he couldn't Relaxing in his arms I smirked, "Were you afraid I was running off?" when did I get this brave? it must be the alcohol. He was frowning and looking from me to the bathroom entrance. "Are we going to stay here or...." I let myself trail off. I was getting a little nervous about what was happening that at the moment I wanted far away from this conversation. I had worked all my life to make sure no one knew my secrets and I couldn't afford for this to leak out now. He dipped his head into the crook of my neck and started to nuzzle me, yep that was a turn-on. I have to have something wrong with me. He ran his nose up to my ear took a breath and whispered to me, "Let's go to my place, I think I have something you will want much more there." My breath hitch up a notch. Hell yes Let's go! My mind was screaming, how I just said ok without sounding like a breathless hussy was beyond me. Grabbing my hand he led me out the back and to his car, "did you drive here?" I just shook my head yes, grabbing his phone he spoke to someone on the other end. "Where are your keys?" reaching in my purse I grabbed my keys and he handed them to a man that came out of nowhere."take her car to my place and park it leave the keys in it" I panicked, "don't worry I own a private garage your car will be there for you. if you decide to leave." It didn't slip past me that he said IF. His car was a slick black beautiful Jaguar. The inside was black with a crimson red outline, s*x that's what this car says when you see it. I was so nervous all of the sudden as I sat in the passenger seat riding with a man I didn't even know. What was I even doing this wasn't me, I didn't go and do stuff like this. What the hell was wrong with me? As if sensing my inner turmoil he reached over and grabbed my hand, taking it up to his mouth to lay kisses on each knuckle. I forgot how to breathe, no man had ever done that before. I wasn't a virgin but I also wasn't savvy to something like that, It was interment that only lovers did. He chuckled, "We won't do anything you don't want to do tonight. I promise all you have to say is no to stop anything." Relaxing a bit I smiled, wow I was really doing this. I was going to leave this city, and state on a high note. I looked out the window as the lights passed me by. Turning into a building we drove to the top of the parking garage that had a security guard at the front of it. He swiftly talked to him and drove us in. I went to grab the handle when his hand reached out and stopped mine, "No lady in my car will open her door when I'm here, got that." He was serious even though he had a smile on his face I could hear in his voice. i just shook my head and watched his lean body get out of the car, run over to my side, open up my door, and help me out. And they said chivalry is dead, apparently not with this man.
