I sigh and shut my eyes briefly. Everybody seems to be against me. The Moon-Goddess, my mate, my brothers, and now the f*****g witch, Rhen. She is supposed to be the reliable one among all of them.
I've dreamt about my mate for the longest time. Her soft voice and her love always surrounded me. I may have become so obsessed with my thoughts of her that the first time I got a vision about who and what she looked like, I went over to Rhen immediately to have our souls bound together.
If my brothers know this, maybe they will all come together to stab me to death. But in my defense, I had no idea the Moon Goddess was planning such a surprise for us.
