Isabelle emerged from the dungeon a changed person. She cried a lot, and then it was as if she retracted all her emotions within herself. There was a decisive in her eyes, which scared me a lot because she was not sharing anything, which was going through her mind, with me.
" Isabelle.." I stroked her back and whispered soothing words in her ears, and then all of a sudden she was walking out of my embrace and wiping her eyes.
" I am sorry for talking to you like that." Her voice quivered a bit but her tone gradually became expressionless with every word.
" I didn't mind. What happened down there? " I asked, my voice was heavy with concern.
" He just confessed to all his crimes." She said, her voice was devoid of any emotions.
