Amelia wandered into the kitchen to get some water. She needed a long hot bath but first, she fished her phone and dialed Kate's number. She waited a couple of rings before Kate answered, her voice hoarse and dry. Amelia knew she had been crying. "How are you holding up?" She asked her best friend. "Oh- you know- crying and imagining different ways to m**m your brother." Kate sniffled through the phone. "Anything I can help you with?" Amelia offered. She began walking up to her bedroom.
