The next day was supposedly spent on the beach. Amelia did not want to rain on any of her girl friends' parade so, she asked Kate to drive her home early. She told Kate that she would do her errands and suggested that Kate can ride with Mark to the beach.
It was perfect since she still had that errand from her mother. Amelia would borrow Kate's car and not have to rely on Clark as planned. Amelia had woken up a feeling a bit better but she was still trying to sort out the situation in her head.
She missed Clark and in her heart, she knew that what happened between Tamara and Clark last night have been nothing but a misunderstanding. But, Amelia had to steer clear for a while since she could no longer bear the thought of dragging Clark into her past.
