Whichever part of the office had been spared of his silence spell was now enchanted.
I braced myself, keeping my shoulders raised and pumped. I knew that my name was going to come next from his lips and I wasn't ready for the entire workplace to see me as the woman who he could toss around with any repellent rebellion.
“We have something big coming up. But before I can mention what it is, it's time we address the elephant in the room.” His eyes turned and locked into mine. “Starting from today, the Luna begins work with us.”
