-THEIA- As I slowly regained consciousness, my mind felt like a murky haze. I lay on a soft clean bed, the scent of fresh linen filling my nostrils. My vision gradually cleared as I opened my eyes. Feeling weak and disoriented, I propped myself up against the headboard and let my eyes roam around the room, revealing more details of the unfamiliar surroundings. The spacious bedroom was surprisingly elegant, featuring dark wooden furniture tastefully paired with light tones. Opposite the bed stood a dressing table with a chair, while a large cream ottoman was positioned by a sizable window.
