“Erm ok… guys let’s take this somewhere more private shall we. William, can you let her go just for a second” I tried to keep my voice full of authority and void of any fear I held at telling him to release his ‘mate’.
Watching as their eyes turned back to their original colour, I let go of a breath I didn’t know I had been holding while William finally released his grip letting Rita go. A part of me worried that telling him what to do, and with his mate of all people would have erupted into a brawl. Had it been any other Alpha it most likely would have.
