The Lost Necklace

Jenny and Celyn were walking in the hallway as they heard the heavy footstep that echoed all over the hallway which coming toward them. Celyn immediately turned back her head to know who were coming. As she notice that he was Marcus, she protruded her upper lips to Jenny to let her know that Marcus was coming.

Jenny stared at Celyn before she give a glanced at Marcus.

"Wait for me?" Marcus screamed at the end point of the hallway.

As Jenny and Celyn heard the voice of Marcus, they stopped for a while. Marcus ran as his fastest to pursuit the two lady.

Marcus gasping his breath as he quickly ran while burdens the heavy bag of Celyn. After a moment of pause, Marcus stopped at the front of two young lady who were standing at the middle of the hallway. He was panting and used his both arms to hold his knee to support himself while taking a rest.

His exhausted breath seemed like a stub of dying cigar . Marcus grimaced his kissable lips before he scaped some words out his mouth.

"Thank you for waiting me!" Marcus uttered with panting voice. As he continued, he removed the bag that he carried and place it on the floor. Celyn saw notice that she left her things at the bench in the cafeteria and she smile as she saw how Marcus made an effort to ran after them to give that bag at her.

"Thank you so much Marcus! I'm so glad that I had friend like you!" Celyn responded wearing her smiled toward Marcus.

"You are welcome Celyn, actually I looked both of you to make sure where are you going because I don't believe at Claire, she was so pathetic!" Marcus responded at Celyn.

Jenny secretly smiled as he notice how good was Marcus, she stepped closer at Celyn and sudden stopped at the ground to hide her feelings toward him. Marcus removed the bag on his back and looked for something that able to put that thing. Jenny used her finger to point bench at the left corner of the hallway.

Marcus made a couple of stepped toward the beanch and place the bag on it. Jenny walked toward Marcus and Celyn followed her a moment later. They were sat at the chair to take a rest. Jenny sudden stared at Celyn and she wrinkled her forehead and focus to Celyn's face.

Celyn felt something stranges as she notice that Jenny looking at her that seemed like seeking for something all over her body. "What's wrong Jenny? Do I had dirt at my face? Or what?" Celyn uttered with surprised voice.

Jenny stared at Celyn and sudden laughed.

"Whahahaha I know it,I know it" Jenny could not restrain in laughing as she notice what she thought.

"Jenny! What's wrong? Why you sudden laughing for nothing? Celyn muttered at Jenny which giggled as she laughed.

Marcus could not hide his feeling as he heard how the sweet voice of Jenny echoed as she laughed hard. He sudden shaking his head as he notice for the first time that the girl that he thought that was why and timid was a cheerful and had an attitude that could not compared to anyone. She was same as Celyn who were very easy going and humorous one.

Jenny ceased a moment and laughed again, Celyn was too serious to what Jenny's reaction about her, she kept on soothed her face to know what was wrong.

"Celyn, You know why I laugh? Because... Whahhaha because today is the first day that y-you did not wear your baby lucky charm!"Jenny could not restrain in laughing toward Celyn.

Celyn heard that annoying words from Jenny and she felt something emptiness as she notice that her necklace was gone. Her sweat drenched on her body and her foot seemed like wanted to find out where was the necklace even she did not know where it loose.

She stood immediately and ran without anything to tell toward the direction which she was moment passed ago. Jenny stopped laughing when she realized that Celyn was not there.

"Where is Celyn?" Jenny asked Marcus with worried.

"She ran toward the cafeteria, and I don't know why?" Marcus responded at Jenny. She felt that Celyn might angry at her so she followed Celyn to say sorry.

"Celyn wait!" Jenny's loud voice heard long the silent of the place. Marcus stood and ran after Jenny. They wanted to know what was the reason of Celyn's action.

Jenny reached the place where Celyn was stopping and seemed like seeking for something at the floor. " Celyn, sorry if I make something that able to hurt your feelings, ahmm whatever it is...please forgive me Celyn" Jenny was begging for the forgiveness of Celyn.

However instead of being mad, Celyn kept on looking at the floor and seeking for some thing.

"Ahmm Celyn, can we help you to find it ... Whatever it is?"

Celyn stared at Jenny with watery eyes,her voice was trembled as she spoke.

"Marcus! Jenny please help me to find my necklace...i-it is so very important for me, it cannot value the weight of gold because that necklace will be the way to find my family, please help me!"

"What is the feature of that necklace Celyn?" Marcus asked.

"It is a golden necklace but is not typically a necklace that can sold at the mall, and is shining even at night and the most important thing that it had is the golden crescent moon pendant that hanged at the middle of the lace!" Celyn responded with teary eyes.

"Celyn! I know it, and if you wish I will find it at the cafeteria and Marcus will find it at the bench where we are sitting lately in the morning" Jenny suggested at Celyn with worried.

"Thank you Jenny and I begging both of you to do your best to find it ... Because the half of the personality is on the necklace that we needed to find,so p-please Jen...Marcus helped me! Celyn cried as she spoke with trembled voice toward Jenny and Marcus.

"Celyn, I will go to the bench near the gate and I will find it" Marcus uttered

He quickly ran toward the gate and immediately vanished at the eye of the two young lady. After Marcus left them, Jenny opened her arms wide and embraced her best friend were could not restrain in crying as she loose the necklace.

"It's okay Celyn, we will find it, I will go at the cafe and stay here and find it okay" the motivational voice of Jenny made Celyn to calm herself.

Jenny removed her arms in embracing the body of Celyn and made a couple of stepped to the direction which the cafeteria was.

Jenny was at the entrance door when saw Ken and Claire were still sitting at the bench and making the proposal for their incoming trip. She stooped at the floor to seek the neck lace and she looked at every corner of the room to make sure that she might saw the loose necklace.

Ken saw Jenny who was stopping and seemed like looking for something. " Hey! Jenny you looked so serious huh!I think that you and Celyn are arrived, what are you looking at the ground?"

When Claire notice that Jenny had something to seek, she thought that it was the necklace which she found moment ago , and she immediately took the necklace on her neck and hid it at her pocket and acted like she was innocent one.

Jenny heard the voice of Ken and she did not wanted to reply but she promise to Celyn that she will do her best to find it early.

"Hmmm I am seeking for the necklace, and I think that that necklace is left on the bench." she responded

As she added,she describe the necklace's feature." The necklace had a golden crescent moon pendant that same as it's lace,and it is very important to see for a short period of time"

"Ohhhh,really?...Ahmmm why don't you find it on there" Claire said,and as she continued, Claire's pointing her finger at the bench.

"As I remember you and Celyn are sitting on that, so I pretty sure that the things that you wanted to see was on there"Claire responded with annoying words toward Jenny.

"Claire is true, and if that necklace is left on the bench maybe it is still there because we did not go at our position after you left us moment passed ago" Ken stated

Jenny walked toward the bench where they were sitting a moment ago and seeks the necklace.

She kneeled at the floor and made a glanced under the table and the bench. Her sweat drenched at her body but she still had a desire to find it for her best friend.

Ken helped Jenny to look at the golden necklace, they spent a minutes but even the shadow of that necklace was not.Claire act that she was worried about that necklace and she helped the two to find it the same. She bend her body and looked at the every side of the place and seemed like so worried if she could not find it.

However, Jenny tried everything but she did not found it. She give up herself to find it and she sudden shooked her heads as she couldn't find it.

"Thank you Ken! And same as you Claire , ahmm I will find it to the other place, thank you for your convenient time!"

"Your welcome !"Ken responded

Jenny walked toward the exit door but she she still looking at the necklace ,she was too busy to seek it when she heard a annoying words of Claire.

"Good luck! Jenny!" Claire rolled her eyes in sudden after she sent that annoying words to Jenny. However, Jenny did not mind Claire but instead she was focused on seeking the necklace that Celyn needed to find to make a way to find her identity and it was the only key that able to bring the truth out of the many question that lies on her life as a woman.
