Seeking For The Lost

Jenny made a couple of stepped outside the cafeteria. She looked carefully at every corner of the place that the necklace might fall. She reached the end point of the room but she could not find any of the things that considered as a necklace.

A moment passed later and she was tired enough to find the most things and she decided to tell Celyn that she could not find it. She made a couple of stepped and begun to ran while thinking that she might notice Celyn to not have false hope about her promise that she would do her best to find the necklace.

She reached the hallway and she saw Celyn who was bathing on her own sweat because of worried and downcast about her necklace.Jenny did not make any thoughts and she ran toward Celyn.

"Celyn!" Jenny called the attention of Celyn.

"Jen, are you okay...ahmm how about the necklace? Did you find it?" The sudden asked of Celyn with bitter smile on her lips.

Jenny was timid while downing her shoulder with grief.

"Celyn, I can't find it ... S-sorry" the trembling of voice of Jenny was sudden break the silence of the sorrounding. Celyn's smile were replaced by sorrow and doubt as she heard that kind of words from Jenny. Her eyes were turned into red as she burst in tears. Jenny walked closer toward Celyn and embraced her tightly. She soothed the back of Celyn to comfort her at that moment.

"Don't worry darling, if we can not find it we had another hope and it is Marcus, I know that he will do his best to find it... So please don't be sad honey okay" Jenny stated.

However, before the two lady were apart, Marcus was panting as he ran toward their place. Celyn immediately stared at Marcus to make sure what was the news about her necklace.

"Marc, do you find it?" Celyn asked

Marcus was panting as she spoke, " I'm so sorry Celyn and I think that Jenny will find because even how many try I did... I could not find it...anyway I'm so sorry Celyn!"

Celyn was so sad as she heard that both of her friend could not find the necklace. Jenny was so unhappy as she saw how her humorous best friend was crying for a small thing.

Marcus was too pathetic as he saw the concerned of Jenny about her friend and she wanted to comfort the two young lady, as moment of time was passed and Marcus thought something.

"Celyn!" Marcus voiced made Celyn and Jenny stopped on confronting each other.

"Why" the short but full of sadness words of Celyn.

"If we did not find it inside the cafeteria or even the hallway, I think that we can find it on the car that sent you here!" Marcus uttered

"Yes Marcus is right, and all we gonna do is go find that car so we may able to bring back your necklace" Jenny added

And as a result, Celyn agreed to the suggestion of Marcus and Jenny. Marcus took the bag and they were ready to find out which car was Celyn used as her transportation moment ago.

They were walking in distanced as Celyn recalled what was the color of the taxi. She stopped for a while that made Jenny and Marcus to stop." Guys! As far as I remember, the taxi is painted with yellow and green striped near the window and.... "

Before Celyn continued, Jenny suddenly cut her line." Ahah!" Jenny uttered with full of hope.

"I remember that the driver give me a folded paper, and I don't know what is the content of that, so we lucky if it had the phone number of the taxi driver and... if it is not..."

Jenny sudden pouted her mouth as she continued " we will find it at your home!".

Celyn made a deep breath before they walked again, she clenched her fist and recalled every corner of the place that she was a moment ago.

She know that she always wearing the necklace before she went to the university or even mall to shop and she always putting it on the table near the picture frame of her poster parents as he removed it on her neck.

She was so worried because even how many times that she thought about that necklace and what was the things she have done before, she have no idea on how and when she lost it for an instant of time. There were no things that entered on her mind even how deep was she made in thinking about that things .

Jenny cuts the silence of the two, as she spoke louder that echoed in the entire hallway." Celyn, Marcus ...wait, I need to notice what is the content on the paper first" Jenny uttered

Celyn and Marcus stopped again and Jenny took the folded paper inside her sling bag. Jenny used her two hands to open the paper which the taxi driver give on her for some cases. Her eyes were opened wide as she notice that it had the phone number of the driver.

"Celyn, it is your chance to see your necklace again" the joyful uttered of Jenny.

Marcus and Celyn followed Jenny as she walked toward the near bench to stop for a while. Jenny took her mobile phone and dialed the number of the driver immediately.

"Tuuuuuttt....tuuuuutttttt"

As the phone rang, Jenny quickly give her phone to Celyn go asked the lost thing.

"Hello" the taxi driver uttered.

"Sir! I am the passenger that called you before I arrived to school!..ahmmm sir...can I ask you something? Celyn stated at the driver.

"Ohh yes miss I remember you...you are the one who fall sleep....did you need some ride? The driver responded.

"No sir! I need something to ask ....and..it's all about my necklace, did you ever saw it inside your car, and i-if you saw it I will give you three times of your daily income!" Celyn stated.

"Sorry miss but if I saw it, I will give if to the find and lost foundation to make a way to find it by it's owner, however,I can not see if because after you get off my car, I always clean the back seat to notice if there were something left by my customer...sorry but I did not see it mam!" The driver uttered with innocent voice

Celyn felt that she was between the heaven and earth as she felt being downcast as he heard that words coming from the second last hope that she had.

Jenny and Marcus were waiting for the announcement of Celyn about the necklace and the driver but all their excitement were replaced by worried and sadness.

They were become silent for an hour and they were not willing to disturb the silence that covered the entire hall. They were still sitting at the bench as they heard some foosteps that coming toward them. They stared at the place where the sound coming and they saw Ken and Claire walking gentlenly.

Far way and Ken threw some question toward the three." Hey guys! Why you look so serious... It's seem like you hate each other huh!" Ken tauntingly smiled as she threw that words to the three who were silently sitting on the bench.

Celyn, Marcus and Jenny stared at the place where the voice produced and they stood as Ken and Claire were closer at them.

"Anyway, guys tomorrow, we will able to make our awaited trip and ... only Celyn is the only member who will allowed not to join because of her problem...!" Ken stated.

As he continued, Ken smile and looked at her wrist clock before putted it inside the pocket of his black pants.

"Tommorow, we are starting to make our trip, please arrive early in the morning because we had a meeting before we go, please check everything that every one of you needed for almost a week of travel, be prepared and good luck to all of you!"

Claire stepped forward and come closer to Marcus." And you... my Marcus will be with us!" She cut her words and as she continued, she pointed out Jenny and rolled her eyes in sudden, "Also you, ahmm... Jenny, you will be with us the same as Jasmine and Marcus" she stated with annoying sounds of voice.

Jenny clenched her hands but she used her kindness to control her madness toward Claire. Celyn's eyes were still watery but she did not showed it to Ken and Claire.

"Anyway guy, I will go to the laboratory to ask the permission of Jasmine to join us" Ken added.

Marcus moved his head as an approval. Claire flirty touched the hands of Marcus before she leave the three who still remain in silence. Claire waved her hands with flirt as she stared at Marcus with mockery facial expression.

Ken walked away and Claire followed him toward the direction of the laboratory which Jasmine assigned. Claire acted that she was innocent and looked like she have no idea why the three were remain deeply thinking the lost necklace of Celyn, because that time, she did not know that the true owner of the necklace was Celyn and not Jenny

As the two was vanished on the hallway, Celyn stooped at the ground while her tears drenching on her eyes. Jenny stroked the arms of Celyn. She used her left arms to make Celyn go leaned her heads on her shoulder.

Marcus stared on her clock, and he notice that it's already three in the afternoon. " Jen, Celyn, we need to go home, I need to prepare my things that I needed to the trip tommorow,...ahmm Celyn don't be worry okay all you need is to stay calm and trust yourself that you will find your necklace, maybe I did not know how worthy and valuable is that thing but all I wish is to find it earlier" Marcus uttered toward Celyn.

"Thank you Marcus, hope it so!" Celyn short responded at Marcus.

Jenny made a deep breath and told Celyn to go home earlier to take a rest and find also the necklace. However, Marcus stood and told the two young lady to accompanied him outside the University. He wanted to took the two lady to their home to make sure that they would be safe.

"Jen, Celyn, I bring my car and if you wish I will take both of you at your home because as a man an d a real friend, my responsibility is to make sure if both of you are safe"

Celyn and Jenny smiled toward Marcus and they both stood and followed Marcus, they were kept on being silent and worried. Celyn's mind was looked a like a bird that flying at the humid air. There were nothing that entered on her mind except the necklace that she needed and must to find earlier.

They reached the gate of the University and there were almost few students were coming out the hallway. Marcus walked toward the parking lot at the left side of the University to took his own car. When the car was already prepared, Marcus get off the car go opened the back door for the two young lady. Marcus put the bag at the front seat and Celyn sat at the left side of the couch followed by Jenny.

Marcus drives the car to took Celyn to her home. They were at the middle of the journey as Jenny asked does Celyn almost lost the halved of her hope as she lost the necklace.

"Celyn, ahmm can you please tell me how important that things on you?" Jenny asked

However, Marcus remained silent while listening the two lady at his back.

Even Celyn was too sad to tell the whole story, she choose to tell it first to make Jenny to understand why she wanted to find it.
