The Truth

" Why you look so serious?" Brian asked as he saw Celyn sitting alone. Celyn stared at him and blinked her eyes in sudden. " Ahmm, nothing." She thrifty responded toward Brian.

"Ahhh okay." Brian said. As about Brian walked away, Celyn called his attention to go back and sit for a while. " Brian wait!" Her voice was loud that made Brian to turn back and stared at Celyn. "W-why?" He said. Celyn quickly stood and spoke calmly,"ahmm I have something to ask, if you wish please tell me the whole story behind." Brian wandered why Celyn sudden spoke that words to him."Truth? He asked. Celyn sit again and stooped at the floor. " Yes Brian, the truth." She calmly said.

Brian made a couple of stepped toward Celyn who was timid while stooping at the floor. He immediately sit beside Celyn and spoke. " What truth do you want?"

Celyn sudden stared at the surrounding and when she felt that it's was a right time to tell everything what bothered on her mind, she stared at Brian for a while and said, " Brian, You know as Claire bring you to our town, I did not have any formal conversation toward you and I just want to tell you many things that bothered on my mind." Celyn did not make any words but she asked direct toward Brian what she wantednto know because even Claire told her that Jenny was bertayal she was not contented to the words of Claire mostly she was gone after Celyn decided to find Jenny specially the other three who said that gone at the middle of the journey. Celyn continued what she said and spoke,"Brian where did you find Claire? Are she travel alone that time or what??" She asked with doubt.

Brian sudden stopped and he did not make any moved for a while. He was timid and recalled everything happened before he found Claire in the yacht. " Celyn, as far as I remember, I'm going to practice in surfing...and I saw a yacht that floating at the shore near the place where I need to practice. I immediately walked toward it and observed if there was someone who go outside but minutes later and even a shadow of a human was not present. And you know, my curiosity begun appeared on my mind and I decided to enter the yacht. That time, I saw Claire lying on the floor, fully drunk and had so dirty clothes but she had no bruises or any wounds that may able to tell that she experience too much challenge at the forest. And I waked her up to know if she was still okay but she still hanged on alcohol and I looked first the person that may inside the yacht but Claire was alone and there was no mark that there were person that rides this yacht. Even for now, the yacht that you see was the yacht that we leave before we find you." He stated.

Celyn was wandered as she heard the story of Brian. " So you mean that Claire telling the truth that she was the only one who survived?" She asked.

Brian stared at Celyn with meaningful glanced. " Celyn, I don't know if I'm was on the position to tell this but my conscience cannot bear this kind of secrets you, ahmm I did not tell you this at first as thought that Claire told you this but I need to open it on you right now." He stated.

Celyn heart beat abnormally as she heard that words coming from Brian. " What's that B-brian?" Her voice was trembled as she wanted to know the truth that Brian confessed to her. "Celyn, I just want to tell you that Claire killed one of your friend!" He did not ended what he said as Celyn sudden jumpe

d on the conversation. "What! Who's that Brian tell me?". She spoke as she widen her eyes cause of shocking revealing truth that Brian told to her. Brian thought everything and she remembered the name of the victim because he did not actually know what their name actually. " As far as I know, he was Ken!" He said. Celyn widen her eyes and she did not reached on her mind how Claire killed Ken because she know how they were too close to each other and she have no idea what might be the reason why Claire did it. " Ken! Killed by Claire...b-but how? She asked. Brian continued his story while Celyn could not bear on her mind the story that she heard. " Celyn, Claire told me that she killed Ken because he killed Marcus." Brian added.

" Wh-what? Gosh really and w-why huhuhu!" She cried aloud as she heard how Ken killed Marcus but her mind was empty to the true reason behind. She couldn't restrain in crying as she spoke,"Brian...p-please tell me everything!" She said while her tears drenching out her eyes wanted to burst out because of pain that she felt.

Brian wanted to stop what he doing but he heard how Celyn wanted to know everything even it could hurt her so much and he had no rights to keep all things to Celyn because most of all he was just a stranger and not belong to the circle of friends of Celyn. He clenched his fist into hardest and continued his story even it was a great burden on her mind to tell it. "Claire told me that she killed Ken because she wanted to vageance. As she saw how Marcus lost his breath because of the dagger that pierced on his back, she did not make any good mind and she quickly took the dagger to kill Ken the same how he killed Marcus. She told me that she was innocent and she wanted to save Marcus because she really love him and as she saw how her three friends died she run away to the direction that she did not know and she fell to the high ravine that made her to lost her conciousness...and she wake up at the bank of the shore where the yacht floating on the sea." Celyn could not imagine how Claire could do anything because of love to Marcus, but her mind wanted to seek more about the two young lady named Jenny and Jasmine she was empty minded to the situation that happened on them.

Her eyes still watery and her heart beats so abnormally because of the story that revealed that time. After a moment of paused, she asked some questions because she did not bear on her mind how Jenny sudden gone and how Jasmine died too. "Brian, can you please tell me how Jenny gone and what happened to Jasmine." She said.

"Celyn sorry but... I forget the story about Jenny but about Jasmine, I remember how...and she died because of poisonous insect that bite her that caused her to immediately lost her conciousness and died after a minutes." Brian stated with grief and low tone of voice.

When Celyn heard that story, she felt so grief and she wanted to burst in tears again but as she know that Jenny have a chance to still alive, she sudden felt a glanced of hope toward Jenny. "So...there is a chance that Jenny still alive?" She asked.

Brian nods his head as approval to the question of Celyn.

"So even my friends were died, I have very important person to find and she was Jenny, I know that she still alive and she was the only one who can tell everything...about the forbidden forest and about my necklace!" She suddenly said.

"All we need is to get ready to the situation that may happened on us...also we need to get hurry before it's to late now we know how horrible the forbidden is." Brian responded.

Celyn swiped her cheeks and dried up her tears. Suddenly, Will and Diana walked toward them. "Why both of you seemed like a drama actors huh!" Will said as he sit beside the two.

"Ahmm nothing just sharing our life in the passed." Celyn said with low tone of voice. Will and Diana nods their heads as they heard the explanation of Celyn. " Anyway, Brian, are we getting closer to your island?" Diana asked as she stared at Brian who still quite minded sitting at the bench.

"Hey Brian!, I asking you...you look so serious huh." Diana added. Brian sudden shocked to the words of Diana. Will and Diana laughed together as Brian become empty minded to the things they wanted to know. "Ahmmm y-yeahhh...we are getting closer." Brian trembled said as he answered the question of Diana." Ohh that's good!" Will responded.

They were all staring at the surrounding while waiting the sun to set. Celyn herself could not imagine how this situation come to her. She closed her eyes while embracing the breeze around, her long hair blown and her tears that dried up on her cheeks sudden become a mark of loneliness and hope. The surrounding getting dark and the tangerine twist of the northern sky getting spread in the sky above. She opened her eyes and the kissed of the paradise felt by her soul. She smiled and gazed the beauty that the world made for her.

The waves that toasting the yacht seemed like wanted to joined the journey that they were going to do. Everything become silent and the atmosphere sudden changed itself as it bait the horizon to scatter. She drawn a bitter smile on her face. Now she was brave enough to face the situation that she might cope within the forbidden forest. She fitted her palm together and prayed for guide and hope. However, Diana and Will together with Brian sharing their funny though about life and they were happily toasting their cookies to make their journey successful.

The wind sudden become cold. The surrounding become darker and she recalled the whispered of the wind telling her how better the night comes. She stared at the gazing sky and how wonderous and she saw the twinkled of the star that seems like dancing at the clear sky. The sun bids itself to give way the bright moon to shine above.
