When Uriel was sure everyone had left, she pulled away from Xander, she fell on the bed and let out heavy breaths. "That was reckless!" Uriel said "Are you calling your husband reckless?" Xander questioned his gaze a little warmer than it was before. Immediately he said that, his words sank into Uriel, he was her husband... Not just her husband, the Alpha of the pack, he was the man she had been betrothed to since she was young, he did not only save her but he also saved her chances of leaving from that evil house. He wasn't a kidnapper like she thought initially. "Yes, I do not kidnap random people for a living, especially not thin ones I find drowning in the pool." Xander muttered, interrupting her thoughts. Uriel closed her mouth at his words, "How, how, did you know I was thinking about that?" She asked, gazing at him with a wary look. "Your expression says it all little girl, learn to keep your thoughts hidden from me then, if you can." Xander remarked standing up from the bedside he gestured towards the window and his guard jumped into the room. "Where is she?" "Master, like you wanted, I took her to the old mansion and made sure to take photos of her and Young master Kelly. They will be released soon andddd..." "Don't release them, what's the fun in releasing them when our purpose has not been achieved just yet? Send these images to grandpa." Xander said without any emotions in his tone, a glint flashed through his eyes as he stared at the tall trees outside the window. "Okay Master, that will be done immediately without fail." The guard remarked and in the blink of an eye, he disappeared from the room. Uriel stared at Xander back wondering what he had been whispering to the guard a moment ago, their voices were too low for her to hear anything. "We discussed how I am going to throw you into the swimming pool again, if you don't stop trying to know everything." Xander remarked, clicking his teeth, his eyes pierced down on the girl. Uriel coughed awkwardly, she shook her head hurriedly. "That won't be needed, I won't poke my head into your thoughts anymore. Continue.." Xander shook his head, he strode toward the bathroom. His body was sticky and dirty from that woman's touch that called herself his mother in law. He couldn't comprehend how women try to destroy other women. Outside the mansion, Stella stood awkwardly staring at Old man Gwen. She was the one who had called him here so early, it was no doubt the old man's anger was kindled against her. "Stella, what was the urgent reason you called me? Not only are the couples enjoying their time together but you also bothered them so early in the morning! Why would you think he slept with your Sandra? When he already has Uriel?" The old man asked with a menacing look that told Stella he could see right through her and deep into her soul. Stella grit her teeth in anger silently with her head bowed down. One job, she had trusted her daughter to carry out but it all fell on the ground, it was all fertile. They failed to get the Alpha, her daughter was a failure just like her! Why today after so much effort what would become of me and my daughter she asked herself silently. "I'm so sorry master, last night I saw my daughter getting carried by a man and I thought it was Xander because they have the same hair color. Since the previous night, I have not been able to find her." "As a mother, although I am happy my first daughter got married, I can't forget my other child. After all, they are both of the same flesh and blood." Stella cried dramatically letting tears fall from her eyes. Old man Gwen shook his head at her little drama, he turned ready to walk away from there when his phone beep continuously for 10 seconds. He gestured towards his maid who brought the phone forward and proceeded to take the phone from her. His eyes still when they landed on the images in his phone, the cold air coming from him turned colder than it was before. Stella was startled by the sudden change of the air she was breathing, she raised her gaze to stare at the old man wondering if she had annoyed him unknowingly. "Masterrrrr" "You want to see your daughter right? I have found her, turns out you weren't wrong after all." Old man Gwen muttered, he led the way and strode towards the car. The images weren't only sent to the old man but it was also sent to Mr. Cower, immediately he received the images and the address, he got into his car and rushed over too. Arriving at the Blue's mansion, Old man Gwen stormed into the house, alongside Stella and Mr. Cower. Stella was stunned to see her husband there, she prayed in her heart it wasn't that bad of a problem. The old man walked towards a certain door, he knocked the door open with her walking stick and his eyes fell on the two people laying on the bed without any consciousness. It was true! The temperature reduced from 25° to zero without any plans to rise any time soon. Mr. Cower trembled, staring at his youngest daughter.. Stella felt her life coming to an end from the headache she was feeling, she clenched her hand tight, her nails sank into her palm wondering if that was reality.
