I try to appear nonchalant as Rian finishes breakfast and demands I follow him outside. Apparently, the neighborhood is actually deserted. Now that morning light makes it possible to see around me, the housing addition appears to be a new construction. The only house occupied is the one with Rian’s men. Super freaking great. Can’t even call the neighbors for help.  “Now,” Rian commands, stopping in the middle of the cul-de-sac, “You need to see your wolf and become it.” I just stare at him. Not the most amazing teacher with that level of step-by-step direction. Since I’ve only accidentally shifted once, this lesson has the potential to be extremely helpful, but if “see-it, become-it” is the way it goes, I’ll never get it done.  He motions to the pavement impatiently, “Proceed.”  Clearl
