Get up you useless girl. Luna Sage roared at her.

I'm awake. the sun poked through the holes in the ceiling.

It's six thirty the pack needs to eat. Luna Sage pulled her out of bed by her hair. It had been like this the past seven years. They stole her father's car with her inside it and when the resized it they fixed it. she wad their dirty little secret servant. She was the eldest living heir to the Elder Wolf pack Midnight Run. Her father Alpha Blagden was part of the elder wolves who decided the fate of wolves who broke laws. He was a fair and just man with great power. He was sure to be happy when she was able to leave this place to rejoin their pack.

Yes Luna. Serenity knew she had to get up or she would be beaten more.

That's better. Now go make breakfast. Serenity bowed her head and headed towards the door.

Yes Luna. Serenity dressed and went to the kitchen. Her body was exhausted and bruised from the night before. She winced at the memories. One month left and she could leave to go home and heal her family then this would all be a terrible nightmare she could forget.

After she make breakfast she had planned on doing laundry and finishing other chores. There were no friends here for her except one. He wasn't what she'd call a real friend but he was different from the others. He never laid a hand on her, yet also never stopped it. He only spoke to her if she had to be in his office while he was alone. He was the Alphas son. She made a mental note that his office was off limits today as he had a meeting with his younger brother that looked like he'd be leaving soon too.

As she headed out of the kitchen to finally get to the laundry she ran straight in to the soon to be Alpha.

Excuse me sir. she muttered wistfully hoping he'd let her pass without incident.

Good. I need a few things from you. Follow me. He said simply turning to walk the other way.

Sir? She asked.

You heard me slave, followed me. he said firmer than before.

Yes sir. Serenity was unsure of what was to happen but she followed him. He led her down the pack house hall to the very spot she'd been trying to avoid. Once he stopped in front of the office her heart raced. She didn't want to be any part of whatever was about to happen.

Come inside we need to talk. The voice was his but a little softer. She followed him curious about his tone.
