“So how was your first day in the university?” Teresa asked Maria who beamed with a smile. Teresa couldn't help it as she studied the excitement on Maria's face as she kept mentioning her first week in the university, “it was great mom, I just hope the lecturer doesn't get too hard on us.” Maria let out.
Teresa smirked before placing her hands on Maria's own. “Don't worry sweetheart, your semester will go smoothly.” Teresa let our poking Maria's nose with the whipped cream she was using to frost the cake. Maria couldn't help but smile as she remembered how hard she had been on Tessa in the past.
“Thank you, for not giving up on me,” Maria let out, making Teresa engulf her in a hug. “Everything is in the past dear and we should focus on the present,” Teresa let out pecking Maria's hair.
