Amaryllis Rorick left after cleaning up breakfast and took everything we had to dump. I had a feeling some of it was to get some space from me, but I didn’t peek inside his mind to see. Instead, I remained at the apartment and went through all our things. I made sure there was nothing left in the bags that would get flagged. I counted all the currency I had, most of it being in multiple European bills. The American money I had was little, no more than a grand at most.
