It's been 8 months since Leonardo died. In these 8 months Marigold and Valentino have become closer. He proved himself to her and took their relationship slow for Marigold to open up to him. She started to see a new side of him that she never imagined seeing. He took care of her, loved her, took her out, even gave her freedom and she wanted nothing more than that.
