NOAH I was a fool… A big f*****g one. I heaved a sigh, running my hand over my face as Dalia sent my call to voicemail for the nth time today and pulled the phone away from my ear. I didn’t see her for the rest of the day after she left my office. Not in the hallway, not in the faculty's yard, and not even in class, so now I was currently sitting in my car in her apartment’s parking lot, hoping she’d either answer my call or come out of the building because I couldn’t get past the lobby without her coming down to get me or calling the security desk.
