DALIA Noah’s car wasn’t in the driveway when I got to his place and I paused, wondering if he wasn't home or if he had parked in the garage, before the front door opened to reveal him. My lips curved into a smile while he stepped out and I glided over to him, holding up his pair of inline skates. "Surprise!" I exclaimed as I came to a stop and mock surprise swept across his face.
