I feel my body relax as I make my way into the palace I've significantly missed. Ever since I was forced to join the Blackners, I've missed my family like crazy.
I spot them in the meeting room, just where I expected to find them.
"It's so good to see you again, Lucas, " Lucy greets me with a warm hug.
"It's good to see you too, Lucy; I've missed you," I respond as I return her hug. "How are things here?"
I know things have been rough since my sister went missing; I'm hoping that there are some new leads since the last time I've seen them.
"Things have been pretty rough around here, " Austin admits. "We've been searching everywhere for Maya, and still, there is no luck. And then Lucy has been extra sick lately, and her due date is getting closer."
