I felt the cold water hitting my body with force. I yelped with a groan from the pain in my body. My wrists were painful and honestly, it confused me why I was being held in this place. Then I heard a voice that carried so much authority in it.
“Who are you?”
I slowly raised my head towards the voice and squinted my eyes at a tall, masculine man with a heavy beard on his face. My neck was so painful and I couldn’t let my head sit up for long, so I let it rest on my shoulder since I was hanging like an animal.
