JANE’S POV
Shawn woke me up when we arrived at the hospital. It has been ages since I was around normal people and my heart fluttered in joy. I beamed at everyone who passed my way, even though some gave me strange looks. As we approached the reception, the other guy stopped us.
“I will be in the room. Finish the checkup and then join us.”
Shawn moved towards him and held both his hand, “Thank you so much Jacob, if it wasn’t for you I would have never had my sister back.”
Jacob guy smiled and shook his head, “Like you said its fate. And besides you are like a brother to me.”
With that, we separated our ways.
“How did you meet him? He seems so nice, just like your best friend Nathan. Talking about him, where is he?”
I asked but saw his eyes darken, and the smile faded from his face.
