Chloe's POV
" What did he say?" Tessa asked me.
" He wants to see me tonight, I think that he might know where Damien is," I said to her.
I knew something was wrong when Damien failed to answer my calls. I could feel it, and now, Derrick has proven my worst fears to be true. He must have Damien. How else would he know that I was looking for Damien?
" You know that you can't go there, right?" Tessa said.
She is right; I can't go there; meeting up with Derrick might not end up so well for me, but he might have Damien, and not showing up could be dangerous; he was so confident over the phone, and knowing him, he thinks that he has me where he wanted me.
I might not have a choice, but to go and hear what it is he wants to tell me.
