Damien's POV
I didn't think that Chloe would do something like this when she said that she wanted to do this on her own; this is not what I had in mind. When I saw the footage, I rushed back to the hotel to talk to her. She thought that this was a good idea, but I knew better.
When I got to the hotel, I didn't think that I would see Teresa, a woman I have known since she was a young girl. I have been friends with her brother for years. She's like family. She didn't stay long after I arrived, she said that she was going to collect Chloe's documents.
" I had no idea that you knew Tessa," she said to me.
" Just like I had no idea that you were going to do what you did today, without even talking to me first," I said and took off my jacket. I threw it on the couch.
