Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!
The beeping sound kept ringing in my ears. It was all I could hear. Watching Chloe lying there was torture; unable to see her beautiful eyes was maddening. I just wish that she could wake up already.
The door opened, and Sarah made her way inside the hospital room with Sergio. She looked like she hadn't slept in hours.
"Oh my baby," she said as she made her way into the room. I stood up.
I had to call Sarah and tell her what was happening with Chloe. I know that with everything going on in her life right now, she needs her mother, maybe more than she needs me.
