Mark’s voice was firm as he looked at me. “You need to rest, Nu. Go to your room.”
I stood there, hesitating. My hands gripped the edge of my sleeves, twisting the fabric between my fingers. I didn’t want to go. Not with Aidan and Nikolai in the same room.
Mark sighed. “Don’t make me repeat myself. You look like you’re about to collapse.”
I bit my lip. “But—”
“No buts. Go.”
