Daisy's POV My mom embraces me in a hug that seems to last forever. I needed this just as much as she did. We were all each other had for years and being apart broke us. "Can you ever forgive me?" She sobs into my shoulder. I pull her away and look her in the eyes. "There's nothing to forgive.
