Chapter Three One of the perquisites of being the Dean of the University was particularly precious to the Right Reverend Dr. Robert Harris. He had schemed very hard to wangle the Deanship, having served many years as a House Master while fighting his way up the academic ladder in the Psychology Department. His immediate predecessor had instituted the policy of placing security cameras throughout the campus in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
