Unexpected Kiss
Lucian was taken aback by the brief crack in Artemis' exterior. He didn't understand why the boy was behaving like he hadn't seen him barechested before.
“Artemis….” Lucian's voice softened. “If those injuries are serious, I need to clean them up before they get infected.”
“I… I already cleaned them up,” Artemis adamantly replied, tucking his shirt closer. “I'm fine, professor, really.”
Lucian didn't buy it, of course. He was curious and worried at the same time. His mind would not be at peace until he was sure the boy was really okay.
“You know, I don't really think there's any need for you to be shy about your body. I've seen it about three to four times now and there's nothing special,” Lucian shrugged.
