A Bargain
“Sucks for you, father but I'm gay. So you might as well perish every thought of having a grandchild.”
Those words played in Artemis' mind. It was just at the tip of his tongue but he restrained himself. He didn't want to test Trevor, not when he knew what exactly the man was capable of.
For now, he should focus on getting to Lucian and avoid all unnecessary drama. Besides, he couldn't have his father sticking his nose in his business.
Artemis got on his bike and soon the engine roared to life. He drove at full speed, dashing through the streets until he finally got to Lucian's apartment.
He took out his phone, thinking of texting Lucian to inform him. Yet as he clicked on the name, a feeling of nervousness washed through him. This was going be his first night
