The next day, Lucian arrived at school early. He was hoping to catch a glimpse of Elle so he could talk to her just before classes began, but he couldn't find her.
Last night, after he shoved Artemis aggressively to the ground, he knew he had to leave as his temper was already getting out of control.
Artemis was obviously one to derive pleasure from the negative emotions of others and Lucian didn't want to give him that pleasure.
The first bell rang, and he was still not lucky to find Elle, so he headed to glass to begin his lesson for the week.
