THE COMEBACK VI
The first things that I saw were the built-in lights above me. I rubbed my face to adjust my vision. I tried to stretch my hands, but walls blocked me. That’s when I remembered where I slept last night—capsule hotel. I tapped my hands on the bed that I used. So much tiredness yesterday made me sleep even though this wasn’t as comfortable as my mattress. I rose from my bed, opened the door, and saw Seth about to knock.
