It was a rainy afternoon and Massimo finally woke up from his deep slumber and immediately wanted to see the princess.
"Your Majesty, I'm glad to see you finally awake. How are you feeling now?" Alice quickly sat at the bedside.
"I was so scared when I saw you severely burned."
"Why am I in your room?" Massimo inquired with furrowed eyebrows.
"I brought you here, so I could take care of you properly." She explained, showing her sweetest smile. But instead of being thankful, Massimo moved and put his feet on the ground.
"I cannot sense her scent. Where is she?" He inquired, standing up.
"I don't know, maybe she left." Alice bluntly responded, which the vampire didn't like, and abruptly pushed her down to the bed, gripping her neck in a harsh way.
