Anastasia POV
The doctors keep me in the hospital for three days, even though I feel absolutely fine once the wolfsbane leaves my system after around 24 hours. But my parents are so anxious, that I think the doctors kept me in just to placate them.
I've replayed the events of the night over and over again in my head and i cant believe that the wolfsbane was making me hallucinate when it all felt so real. I've seen Lyle several times since then and he is absolutely fine, so it must have been a hallucination. I've also had a few nightmares, dreaming of vampires reaching out their hands towards me and of Lyles neck snapping, his eyes vacant and unseeing.
I don't know what would have happened if my mate hadn't arrived, I can't imagine why the vampires wanted to take me or what they planned
