Ana POV
I walk back to the desk with Nicole at my side, trying my hardest not to look flustered, although I can feel my cheeks burning red. Moon goddess, I hope they didn't see how close I was to him. My heart beats erratically as I replay what happened in my head, if only we d been left alone for another minute! I want to feel his lips against mine so badly.
"Did you find them?" Asks Nicole.
"What?" I reply, she can't surely mean my mate can she?
"The books on your list. Did you find them?"
"No, I should've checked on the library computer where they were, instead of just wandering about" I reply, letting out a sigh of relief. I can't let anyone know about him just yet, I don't want them to keep him from me.
