As I listened to their stories, a sense of joy began to form in me. Each alpha had a deep-seated grudge against Damian, and their reasons were rooted in the injustices inflicted by his father. It was clear that their desire for revenge was as strong as my own even if it was for different reasons.
"I understand your pain," I said, my voice filled with empathy. "Damian has not only wronged me but has basked in the sins of his father. Together, we can bring him down and ensure that justice is served."
Alpha Marcus, the unofficial spokesperson for the group, nodded. "We’re willing to ally ourselves with you, Christian, but this alliance is temporary. Once Damian is defeated, we will part ways. Our goal is to right the wrongs done to us, nothing more."
