Damian looked at me with an amused look. “What do you mean ‘not anymore’? What? He suddenly found the moon goddess and decided to change profession? What is he now? A priest?”
“Not really. Christian killed his entire crew and now he’s out of the assassin game.”
Damian’s face immediately fell as he suddenly felt really sad for Blade.
“That makes it even riskier for him to be around you guys. He’s unstable now and needs time to grieve.”
“I think he needs to be around us. He needs stability. We can give him that.”
“Are you sure about this? It looks risky.”
“Trust me Damian. There’s nowhere else he should be.”
