The number of cases of persons afected by the new virus has increased alarmingly. Romania had entered a state of emergency. The virus had also made its presence felt in prisons across the country. The world was scared and they were waiting for a reaction from the authorities. In the penitentiary where Bujor is, there are rumors that a team of researchers from Russia is looking for volunteers to test the vaccine. In reality, the director of the penitentiary had obtained a colossal sum of money to offer a volunteer to test the vaccine, the Russians not having enough time to test the vaccine and they thought that if they choose a person from prison in case the experiment would be a failure, no would be heard.They chose to go to a poor and corrupt country, because they did not trust the product they were going to test either.

Bear enters the room and tells the detainees:

"We are looking for a person to be tested with the new vaccine! Wanted?”

Bear: A team of very good researchers from Russia made a vaccine and because they agree with our director, they want to immunize the detainees. It is a chance in life, the vaccine is very expensive and you can get vaccinated for free. In addition, the director said he would shorten the sentence of the person who will be vaccinated.
