I was surprised at the cruelty of the Alpha. “He only asked for your help in getting a good story. Why must you be so cruel?”
He shot a glare at me and for a moment he was silent. I could tell he wasn't pricked or concerned in any way. “Why are you acting uninterested? Why are your actions depicted..” He didn't allow me to finish before he placed his hand on my lip.
“You don't have to challenge every one of my decisions. He is to be punished for barging into my home and that serves him right.” I looked at him and my heart was terrified by his actions.
