Rolf's POV
Fear gripped me, my heart was thumping fiercely in my ribcage and there was nothing I could do about it. I was oblivious of my environment and I couldn't just help myself to run or crawl out. It was a moment of complete blackout.
While I thought maybe that night would be my end. I heard the sound of an ambulance approaching where I was. Maybe that was helpful. I don't even know who called an ambulance.
I was lifted onto what felt like a stretcher, It wasn't too long that I felt some people held me and carried me into the ambulance. A few minutes later, I felt the presence of my passengers.
My eyelids feel heavy succumbing to the darkness, I blacked out entirely. I didn't know what was happening anymore.
