Iris  Without further discussion, I followed the Alpha upstairs, my heart racing with each step. My hand gripped the carved banister, and when we arrived at the top, he led me to a large door with a silver handle shaped like a lion's head. He opened it and motioned for me to enter. I walked into a spacious office with dark wood paneling, leather furniture, and a massive stone fireplace. The walls were decorated with expensive artwork and trophies.
