Iris I struggled to open my eyes, but my eyelids felt heavy, and my vision was blurry. When I finally managed to pry them open, the world around me was hazy. Confused, I closed my eyes again, trying to clear the fog from my mind. I opened them a second time, and my vision was clearer, but I realized that something was amiss.
