It's my interview today, i woke up not feeling confident, i was so tired because i couldn't get Michael out of my head all night, but i knew i had to get up from bed, get dressed and nail that interview. I wore a white, short, fitted gown, put on my heels, let my hair down, got some makeup on and i went downstairs for breakfast. Good morning mum, you look so beautiful, did you sleep well? Gabriel said as i walked down the stairs. Thanks honey, i didn't get much sleep but am okay. Why didn't you sleep well Sonia? Dreaming about a special someone? And that's my cue to leave i said to myself good morning to you too mother, i will be leaving now, Gabriel have a great day at school i love you bye. I love you too mum, good luck, take care.
As i arrived at the hospital i began to feel more confident with myself and i knew i was going to get the job. Good morning, my name is Sonia Lawrence and i have an interview with Dr Walters today. Good morning Miss Lawrence, please have a sit i will just let the doctor know that you have arrived. Thank you. i said with a smiling face as she walked away. And then suddenly, i could feel my heart racing i didn't understand why my heart started beating so fast until i heard a familiar voice, and i could feel someone just sat down next to me but i didn't dare to see who it was because my heart already knew it was Michael. Hey baby girl, you look so sexy he said. I could feel his breath on my neck, i could smell him, he was so close to me, i tried so hard not to shiver under the touch of his breath. Immediately, i took control of myself and stood up, turned to look at him, and then he stood up smiling at me and said. Speechless? well am not surprised i have that effect on people especially women. I had to make him think otherwise so i said, You know what, you are so full of yourself, your head is so deep in the clouds that you don't think anymore. He looked at me so surprised and then i continued. Do you think all women are the same? Guess what, am not like all those other woman who worships the ground you walk on, i don't find you attractive, you are just an ordinary guy and i don't want to be friends with you neither do i want our paths to cross again so please i beg you stay away from me. Damn it i didn't mean what i said but i knew i had to make my stand here well done Sonia. i thought to myself. He just stood there staring at me surprised, he was able to say something when a nurse asked me to come into the doctor's and then i left without giving him the chance to talk to me.
Good morning Doctor Walters. Good morning Sonia, i have heard alot about you from your mother, please call me Dr Andrew your mother and i are very close. He said as he shook my hand. Please sit. Thank you, Dr Andrew it's such an honour to be in your presence. Thank you, your mother told me you are a doctor an endocrinologist to be precised that's impressive. Yes i am, thank you. So i really don't have any questions to ask you because i already know everything i need to know from your mother but i do have a favor to ask of you. A favor? Yes Dr Sonia, first let me welcome you to Addenbrooke's Hospital am so sure you would love working here in no time, You can start Monday morning. Oh wow, thank you so much am so grateful thank you. You are welcome Sonia it's okay. So you would be handling one of our biggest patients here in the hospital, and i trust you will handle him perfectly well, i will ask nurse Georgia to hand you his file, she will tell you everything you need to know when you resume. Thank you so much, i can't wait to start working with you all and i promise i won't disappoint you. I know you won't. So about the favor, it has to do with your mother. I have feelings for her but she is pushing me away because she doesn't know how you would react to it. Could you help me? Dr Andrew it would be my pleasure to have you as my family, you are nice and am happy that you have feelings for my mother i have always wanted her to move on and start dating again. Don't worry i will help you talk to her. Thank you so much Sonia it's means a lot to me that you are willing to help. well i don't want to take much of your time everything you need to resume on Monday will be sent over to your house. Thank you, so much. Well, if you don't mind i would like to invite you over to our house for dinner this evening mother is throwing a small dinner party to welcome me back home i would love you to be there. Of course, i will be there i wouldn't miss it you should go and prepare i will see you at dinner thanks for the invite. No thank you Dr Andrew for trusting me i will get to know you more at dinner see you soon.
I left the office feeling so happy and glad that i got the job, i was also happy for my mother Dr Andrew seems like a really nice guy. I got outside the hospital, and started walking towards the cab i ordered, when suddenly i slipped but Michael caught me before i fell to the ground. I couldn't believe my eyes when i opened them, i was in Michael's arms, his so strong and handsome he has the most beautiful eyes so charming. He was staring at me, deep into my eyes, he didn't have that playboy look on his face, he look more concerned. My heart was racing but i quickly got hold of myself and pushed him away and said. Thanks but you shouldn't have done that i told you to stay away from me. Are you hurt baby girl? Am fine and my name is Sonia am not your baby girl. Am sorry he said, but am already used to calling you baby girl, you never know you could end up being my baby girl. It would never happen, you have to get your head out of the clouds i said and walked away, got into the cab and left. I was so happy Michael said i could be his baby girl it only means that being cold towards him makes him like me i can't wait for him to come for dinner he is going to beg me soon to be his, oh i have never felt this good. This is just the beginning Michael just wait and see
